SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders ship within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment, unless otherwise specified. If you are interested in more than one item, we will be happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please contact us at reverencevintage@gmail.com if you would like to do so.

 We ship both domestically and Internationally. Please check our store for the list of delivery and shipping fees at www.etsy.com/shop/ReverenceVintage. If you do not see your country of origin listed, please contact us so that we may work with you on getting you what you what you need.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We allow exchanges and returns on most items (absolutely no returns on custom orders). Refunds are for the purchase price only, shipping not included, unless an error has been made on our part (for example: sending the wrong item). Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order with such requests..

 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any item in it's original condition within 7 DAYS of customer receipt. Please email reverencevintage@gmail.com to arrange the exchange process. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will ship the exchanged item to you. There is a $5 restocking fee for each item exchanged.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Etsy gifts cards. All payments are processed through Etsy Checkout. MONEY ORDERS AND PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
